The Leather shop have been absolutely amazing. I ordered a top gun leather jacket for my son and realised a small would be too big. I gave them his measurements and the made the jacket to fit.They kept me updated on the process. I would definitely recommend and use again should I need another item. Thank you very much Debbie

I have used the Leather Shop in the Castle Mall over the years both to buy quality leather products from and also to get their help on repairs and alterations. Their biggest challenge to date on my behalf came last week. My brother, very generously, bought me a very expensive Harley Davidson leather jacket for my birthday. High quality leather and design. The only problem was it was little loose around the lower third of the jacket. I took it into the Leather Shop and as usual was met by a really positive 'yes we can' attitude as always. Barely a week later (and three days before the anticipated pick up date) the jacket was back and looks like it was made bespoke for me. Furthermore the cost was very reasonable for such a quality job. Thank you guys, just can't wait for the weather to get better so I can get out on the motorcycle wearing the jacket.

Absolutely brilliant experience - bought some New Rock boots online and the follow through from Cara was superb - she's a total star. Online shopping can be so impersonal, but the human touch made it a genuinely special process beyond just getting the boots - which arrived bang on time for a special event and look fantastic. Can't recommend highly enough

I had another alteration done on a jacket this time. I bought this jacket about 8 yrs ago from this shop and I needed a new section on the shoulder replaced. They have done a fantastic job thanks I love my jacket and it will now last for many more yrs

I love this shop!The customer service is amazing. They took the time to show a range of quality products. On our second visit, my wife and I only came to pick up her new jacket, but I ended up buying myself a second jacket and two belts.We will definitely be visiting again for my wifes second jacket...
